Halvtimmesbussar som förbinder Brindisi flygplats med staden Brindisi erbjuds av STP, Socetà Transporti Pubblia Spa. Brindisi flygplats ligger ca 6 km från staden och resan tar endast 10-11 minuter att slutföra.
